Import the layout into a new page (not the library) with the Divi Builder. The import/export option can be accessed by clicking on the two arrows at the top of the builder.

All CSS is commented for easy editing. 

This layout contains a JQuery script to adjust the blog post elements in various ways. You can leave this on the page or move it to Divi > Theme Options > Integration > Add code to the < head > of your blog.
