Import the layout into a new page (not the library) with the Divi Builder. The import/export option can be accessed by clicking on the two arrows at the top of the builder.

All CSS is in a fullwidth code module at the top of the page and commented for easy editing. 

You can leave this on the page or move it to Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS or your child theme stylesheet.
