Import the layout into a new page (not the library) with the Divi Builder. The import/export option can be accessed by clicking on the two arrows at the top of the builder.

You will then need to add some images to the Gallery module and make sure that in the media library, you give each image a title and caption or the effect will not work.

All CSS is commented for easy editing. 

This layout contains a small jQuery script to remove the tooltip on hover. You can leave this on the page or move it to Divi > Theme Options > Integration > Add code to the < head > of your blog.
