Import the layout into a new page (not the library) with the Divi Builder. The import/export option can be accessed by clicking on the two arrows at the top of the builder.

All CSS is commented for easy editing. 

This layout contains a small JQuery script to wrap the two header buttons in a div element so we can animate them as one. You can leave this on the page or move it to Divi > Theme Options > Integration > Add code to the < head > of your blog.

The color of the content background can be changed within the custom CSS for this layout.
