The sidebar social follow widget is added via a shortcode and the module is in the Divi Library.

Navigate to Divi > Divi Library in the WordPress menu.

In the library there is a layout called Sidebar Social Follow. 

Open the module and make any changes you want and those changes will be reflected in the sidebar.
