To request technical support for Seraphina please do the following:
If you purchased Seraphina from Divisoup.com:
- Log into your account
- Go to your Orders page
- Next to your Seraphina order you will see a 'Get Help' button, please click it and complete the form.
If you purchased Seraphina from another marketplace:
- Visit http://support.divisoup.com
- Click 'Signup' and register an account.
- Create a support ticket and be sure to include your order number in the relevant field.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to receive support you must have a valid order number for a purchase within the last 6 months. Customisation support is not provided.
