If you purchased Ventura from Divisoup.com:


  • Log into your account
  • Go to your Orders page
  • Next to your Fleur order you will see a 'Get Help' button, please click it and complete the form.


If you purchased Ventura from another marketplace:


  • Visit http://support.divisoup.com
  • Click 'Signup' and register an account.
  • Create a support ticket and be sure to include your order number in the relevant field.
